Shipping Policy

At Haokoo, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If all items are in stock, orders placed before 4 PM are usually shipped the same day.

Shipping Locations

We ship from our warehouses in the U.S. and Hong Kong. We select the closest warehouse with available stock to ensure the fastest delivery to you.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days.

  • Fast Shipping: $9.99 (Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days)

Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours.
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 60 minutes of placement.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost, the customer is responsible for the loss, and no replacement or refund will be issued.

Customs & Import Fees

We cannot guarantee that additional customs/import fees won’t apply for shipments outside of your country.
Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential charges.
